Lori is a dream to interview. She pretty much knows exactly what she wants to say, then says it a way that drags you into whatever she’s feeling. We shot the interview on Monday, took a little b-roll on wednesday, and after only about an hour or so of editing, the video was ready for the public. She was just that easy a subject to work with.
To be honest, the client was a bit concerned about the longer running time of this video, but we felt that the viewer would enjoy listening to Lori just go on and on as if you were speaking to her one-on-one. As she spoke about Chef Him Uy De Baron of Nomama’s Braised Wagyu Beef Cheeks, all of us in the shoot staff simply melted in our seats. This woman’s love for food is contagious. Enjoy!
